I am a certified evidential medium working internationally and trained internationally by some of the best mediums in the world. I hold a graduate level education and a wide variety of experiences. My education is in the social sciences, journalism and criminal justice. I've been a waitress to a reporter to an editor to a publisher. I've spent the last 15 years or so in public affairs/relations. 

I've been broke and I've been comfortable. I'm a military Veteran, a mother, a mom of four with one in spirit, an animal lover with too many to feed, a Western Hippie, a motorcycle rider, and more.

Whatever your challenges are right now, they are not only valid, they are begging to be recognized and faced. 

My goal is to help you re-imagine your life. With experience in Life Coaching and a vast history of fixing problems, my individualized positivity approach will help you attain your goals. Taking the reins on your life means getting support from the Spirit World and me, but it also means that you're ready and willing to take your own personal development to the next level. 

As a professionally trained and experienced life coach, I have the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self. 

Committing to a healthier lifestyle is just that – a commitment, and it’s a big one that will take a lot of dedication.  My commitment is to provide you with accountability, understanding and support.

I've always been a cheerleader and a coach for others. I've been fixing problems and listening to others since I was five-years-old (long story). 

And then, at an age I will not disclose, I realized it was time to listen to my own issues and work on my own problems. It was not an easy transition. I left my marriage of more than 2.5 decades. Moved around for work and job promotions, and I started erecting boundaries around what I would and would not accept - from family, from friends, from work, from life. Some pushed back, some reminded me of every mistake I've ever made in life (gas lighting), some treated me like they child they never let me stop being (extended family), and some got on board and decided to "Roll with Spirit" with me. 

I also realized through this empowerment phase that I had denied who I am for far too long, I didn't even know myself, let alone where I was headed. Enter Spiriti. 

As a person with a graduate education in the social sciences, journalism and criminal justice, this new interest and study in the metaphysical realm was a scary "out of my comfort zone" activity (even though I'd had many unexplained experiences since childhood). 

As I grew, mentally, intellectually and spiritually, I put my skills and abilities on paper - the pros, the cons, the still need to learn versus what I already know - and I realized I'm more powerful than I ever gave myself credit for. I'm a kindhearted person who loves to help others. I love to see other succeed, even at my own expense (I'm still working on that).

Sound familiar? I find in my coaching that most of us have underestimated ourselves. We've lived on the breadcrumbs of shame, guilt, regret, bitterness and more because we either didn't know better, or we couldn't figure out how to shake the blues. We are our own worst critics and gas lighters struggling with the monkey mind of everyday life.
