I am committed to your privacy. Your readings are recorded, for your re-viewing and my legal protection. You will be provided an unlisted link to a YouTube video. While every effort is made that your video is only seen by you - by an choosing unlisted link - there is never any implied privacy online. If you would prefer for me to not upload and provide an unlisted link, I'm more than willing to abide by that, but your session will still be recorded.

Your information is NEVER sold to anyone - period.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Energy Reader™ will not disclose personal information 1.) in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, or 2.) to comply with legal requirements such as a law, regulation, warrant, subpoena or court order, and/or 3.) if you are reporting an adverse event/side effect, in which case we may be required to disclose such information - (i.e. a danger go yourself or others, or a knowledge of danger/abuse regarding a minor).

ADDITIONAL TERMS 

I will read for anyone 16-years-old or older. You may be asked for identification. Anyone under 16-years-of-age, will need permission from their parent or guardian and the parent or guardian is welcome to sit in on the reading but I ask that they allow their children the full experience by not talking for them.

CODE OF ETHICS

My Code of Ethics - you are an adult - in most cases - fully capable of understanding and agreeing to the terms of all agreements, including the information that may come to me from the otherside.

I will go "direct" to the person that you want to talk to and 95% of the time I get that person, but no reading is ever 100% guaranteed and anyone who sells you that is dishonest.

I will never sell you a "curse remover" or similar - do not go to anyone who tries to "upsell" you in a reading to remove curses or do more than what you signed on for. If you so choose to book again for additional services, that is at your discretion but at no time will I ever tell you that I need to charge you more to remove a curse or cast a love spell - those people are scammers.

As such, "third party" readings are fair game and some of the best information I can bring forward. I will not be intimidated by gatekeepers who try to bully and shame others into working the way they work. All readings are about the Energy of an ENTIRE situation, not just your one-sided opinion. 

I will not read for anyone who is drunk or high.

Readings are NEVER a substitution for animal training, issues of a medical nature or therapy given as if I were a lic'd therapist. 

Your decisions regarding the information you will be given are your decisions alone - I take zero responsibility for any life-changing decisions you make after a reading and is the #1 reason all readings are recorded.

At all times, please ask questions and use common sense when dealing with anything of a spiritual nature or in a reading, with me or anyone in this niche.
