Terms & Conditions:

• All 20-minute readings are non-refundable from the date of purchase. 
• You can reschedule your own reading in the website, there is a link in your receipt. 
• Do not schedule two 20-minute readings back to back to save money. If you want a 40-minute reading, please pay for a 40-minute reading. I keep my 20-minute readings as low as I can to accommodate as many as I can at different price points.
• 40 or 60 minute booked readings canceled or requests for a reschedule before the 24-hour window will incur a $20 charge, anything after that is a missed reading and non-refundable.
• You are given a 5-minute window to show to your appointment, after that it is considered a missed reading. 

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations with Notice:  If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours  in advance. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client. I'm happy to work with you to find a new time that works for both of us.
• Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours):  Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of [Insert percentage or dollar amount] of the total reading fee.
• Missed Appointments:   As much as I understand unexpected situations arise, missed appointments are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

I understand that emergencies happen. If you have a true emergency that prevents you from attending your scheduled reading, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling based on the situation.

Please note:  This cancellation policy applies to both you and me.  In the rare case that I need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule at your convenience, or provide a full refund.

Course/Circle Refunds:

My classes are given in person via Zoom, there is no expectation that videos will be available to you for life. However, I do record all classes for my legal protection and for you to view again. If you want to see any particular class it's  as simple as an email, please shoot me one and let me know that there is a class you'd like to see again. Normally, at the end of a course, I will send a final email with all the classes and circles listed (unlisted from YouTube) and send to your email. As always, I am a one-woman show, if I forget to do this, please just shoot me an email and I will get it done.

    If you wish to unenroll from a course, it must be done within 7-days of the course start for a 60% refund. If you wish to cancel before class starts, you will only be charged for the fees I incur and your money will be otherwise refunded in full. Once the 7-day window (one instruction night, two circles) closes, you will owe what you agreed to pay in full. 

Mentorship:

If you are unhappy at any time with mentorship, please visit with me. I am more than willing to work with you, but once a session has been completed all sales are final. If you prefer not to continue with the next two visits, a 25% fee will be assessed unless offered by me otherwise.

Recording:

You are allowed to voice record any sessions you have with me, however those sessions/voice recordings are never meant for social media unless we discuss it beforehand and come to an agreement - like you want to give me kudos :) Video recording of sessions are provided (in most cases) to you as an "extra" and uploaded to YouTube as an unlisted video. The only people who might see your video will be potential students or current students, if you wish for that to never happen, just let me know in an email and I will abide by that. Your privacy is always my first priority.
